Today on my Youtube Channel is the final 7 Days of Christmas Cards video for 2015! It is a beautiful, sparkly, and crafty wreath. It is very simple and perfect for anyone who enjoys some sparkle and bling. Not only is this card eye catching and simple it is also very inexpensive to make! Most of my supplies were purchased at the dollar store. If you would like to see the tutorial, you can (here) on my channel.
The original colour scheme I picked was green and teal with silver and white accents but I thought that this would work really well with various colour schemes. The more I played with this design the more possibilities I saw. I began to wonder how it would look in different colours and with sentiments. The original design is very simple and I very much enjoy it that way but I also found that adding to it changed it so much that I could not decide between them. The original design it quite traditional but this could easily become non-traditional or more modern with different colours; like pink and white.
Original Supply List:
- Card base (I used a Teal Pre-folded base by Forever in Time)
- White card stock by Recollections
- A circular object to trace
- Craft Glue
- Bling – ex. Cup sequins, sticker gems, etc.
- Paper trimmer/ scissors
If you make this or anything else using one of my tutorials be sure to share it with me! I would love to see, you can find me on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Also be sure to check back on my blog and on my Youtube channel for some more Winter and Christmas fun!
